Front Desk Sales Executive

About the role

Handle walk-in inquiries and convert prospects into gym memberships.
Respond to leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain membership plans, packages, facilities, and ongoing offers to prospective members.
Conduct club tours and understand prospects' fitness requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales targets.
Generate referrals and explore opportunities for new member acquisition.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

What we are looking for

freshers - 1+ years of experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, retail, or the fitness industry preferred.
Experience in gym/fitness membership sales will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
Presentable, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and lead management.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
