Full job description

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Organization: Ethical Sports Promotion Association

We are looking for a passionate Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our high-performance tennis program. This role involves working with junior athletes to improve strength, speed, agility, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

* Design and conduct age-appropriate strength & conditioning sessions.
* Improve athletes' speed, agility, coordination, power, and movement quality.
* Monitor player progress and maintain training records.
* Work closely with tennis coaches to integrate physical development with on-court training.
* Ensure a safe and disciplined training environment.
* Continuously learn and implement evidence-based training methods.

Requirements

* Certification or degree in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
* Passion for working with young athletes.
* Basic knowledge of athletic performance and injury prevention.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or certification in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Physical Education, or a related field.
* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

* Good understanding of strength training, mobility, speed, agility, and injury prevention.
